These terms apply to the free MovePlaybook moving checklist. By using the tool, you agree to them.

Operator and service

MovePlaybook is operated by Leon Reed, an individual operator based in Phoenix, Oregon, United States. It is a browser-based planning tool. It is not a moving service or legal, financial or professional advice.

Your responsibilities

Use the checklist as a planning aid. Confirm lease, school, utility, mover, safety and local requirements that apply to your move. You are responsible for decisions and actions taken in reliance on the checklist.

Browser-local plans

No account is required. Your plan is kept in your browser and may be unavailable if storage is cleared, unavailable or used on another device. Print or save a PDF if you need an additional copy.

Acceptable use and ownership

You may use MovePlaybook for personal moving planning. Do not interfere with the service, bypass security measures, use it unlawfully, or copy, resell or redistribute the service or its default content as your own product without permission. You retain rights in personal tasks and notes you create. MovePlaybook's software, design, branding and standard checklist content remain protected by applicable law.

Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or a checklist complete for every move. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leon Reed is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the service.

Changes, law and contact
