MovePlaybook is operated by Leon Reed, an individual operator based in Phoenix, Oregon, United States.

Browser-local plan data

Your move date, selected options, task progress, date adjustments, personal tasks and notes are stored in your browser's local storage. The checklist does not send this plan content to MovePlaybook. You can use the reset control or clear site data in your browser to remove it.

Emails you send us

If you email us, we receive the information included in your message and use it to respond or address the request. Support and privacy email is forwarded to the operator's designated inbox and kept only as reasonably needed for that purpose or applicable obligations.

Hosting and measurement

MovePlaybook is hosted through Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process routine request information, such as IP address and request metadata, to deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled to measure aggregate visits and real-user page performance. It does not receive your moving plan, move dates, task titles, notes, personal-task text or complete condition answers from MovePlaybook. We do not use advertising cookies, account tracking, session replay or a third-party analytics SDK. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

Children and requests

MovePlaybook is intended for adults planning a move. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. For privacy questions about information you sent by email, contact privacy@moveplaybook.app.

Changes

We may update this notice when the service or its data practices change. The current version will show its updated date on this page.
